I love what Shudder has to offer, but the app is terrible. Pray you don't ever have to reset your password. The only way to do so is by waiting for them to send you an email for reset. Get comfortable because that email never comes. And when it does, the link is expired (1 hour limit to change password).

signed up for 60 day free trial to be told that shudder trial must be used through their app, not Amazon prime. annoying. installed the app. the app does not stream to Chromecast. it hangs on a loading screen then stops responding. so we're forced to use an app that doesn't work. good job shudder. impressive. we tried this on two phones from different manufacturers. i guess you now have 50ish days to fix this or I'm going to cancel because this is pointless in it's current state.

Great content. A must for any horror fan. The app itself is absolutely terrible, however. Buggy as hell, and I keep needing to log in almost every time I open it. It even logs me out while I'm actually watching stuff. Pretty basic thing to get wrong! I've contacted support about that issue, and over 48hrs later, still no response. Which is also pretty bad in itself.
