This app has a lot of usability problems. Firstly, I don't want to open my banking app and immediately see promotions. Secondly, I get a double scrollbar when I'm looking at transactions for my account, and am frequently unable to scroll down through the list. Third, it's very slow and the UI is jittery, even on a brand new phone.

The auto scroll function on the main screen is very irritating. Please don't make the app scroll by itself. The user should have full control when to stop scrolling, not the app. When the app scrolls automatically, the user will press on the wrong things, because the icons move unexpectedly. This is a bad design decision that is not intuitive.

One evening trying to sign up and already I hate this bank. Glitchy as hell - I have had to re-enter my detail OVER 20 TIMES as the app keeps crashing and it never saves my data. One I finally finish my application 'try again later'. Who developed this terrible app. Edit: In response to your comment - I have emailed the address above with exactly the details you requested., 3 days ago now without response. Shameful
