Broken app, can't sign in. I've had an account for over a year. Installed the app, selected sign in with google, which is what I do on the desktop site, at which point it fails to present me with either google account on the device. I then enter my email as prompted and it gives me an error saying my account is already on the device. It literally will not allow me to login. Utter garbage.

When it works, it works well - I've purchased a watch through the app in the past, and been impressed by the customer service - but after some of the recent updates it seems to crash upon opening, almost immediately. Also, the watches that you've favourited but have been sold, removed etc. should automatically move to a different folder - you shouldn't have to manually go through removing them from the list.

Poor UX customer journey. Especially when renewing your listing to prove ownership, workflow is too minimal and not functioning properly on Android at least (upload button functions to select image again), leading to support requests and frustration on both sides. Also need to look at offer process, which sees duplication of effort. Plus still has incomplete inventory of available brands, which should be easy from reviewing Europa star.
