In my opinion, defo the best chess game I've ever installed. Too many of them go from novice to expert with no in-between so discouraging people before they can improve. This graduates perfectly to enable you to improve over time without getting disheartened. No problem with adverts and good graphics and nice ambient audio in the background. Would recommend over all the overs.

This is one of the better chess games I've played. The graphics are excellent, although a little dark when playing in daylight. My only reasons for not awarding more stars are because (like most chess games tbh) the difficulty is either too easy or far too hard far too quickly. Maybe that's just me. My other gripe is that the game will decide a game a draw far too often when the engine is totally defeated, instead of a resignation. Good for occasional games though.

The bugs other reviews talk about have been fixed. The tournament format is good. First three levels are very easy, some may like that. Computer doesn't play much opening theory could use a bit more variety, plays Scandinavian too often. Easy to get a lead in developing Middle game feels quite human, end game is very weak, even at expert level.
