Some features just don't work, like the messages area. Others are completely unsuitable for my needs like the calendars. Overall it's pretty pointless and gets 2 stars because at least the notifications work so I know I need to log in on a browser to view something. Edit: I've further reduced rating this because I can't log into my account through this app anymore, rendering it, what we call in the accommodation trade, completely pointless.

The app is fine, apart from one crucial detail: you don't get a text notification when you get a booking. You should, but no matter what settings you apply, you don't. This is extremely frustrating because it means that you are obliged to continually keep checking the app and sometimes you get caught out by last minute bookings. I've lost hundreds because of this flaw. Sort it out FFS.

Constant faults and difficult to use. The app contestantly gets stuck. I have to close and reopen every time I need a different tab. Very complicated to use, not user friendly or easy to navigate. Next to Airbnb for example, no comparison regarding navigation and how easy to find what you need. Guys you need work on it. And also you need to actually call your clients back when you said you would. 3 customer service representatives have failed to call me back to help me as a host.

What’s new

Thanks for using Pulse! With this release, we fixed some of those annoying bugs that might've interfered with managing your property on-the-go. Now you can change your property's main photo and easily rearrange all the others on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for.
