It's great- works consistently; makes it easy to share programmes by links, user-friendly. Content on the BBC is excellent & varied and though it's all accessible through a browser this app makes it all much easier to access. Regrettably it's not possible to link to a specific part of a feature/programme (like YouTube).

I downloaded a few episodes of "Pick of the Pops" to listen to while I was on a flight. However, once the plane was in the air and I had no access to the internet, the app refused to play any of the content I had downloaded. It just kept coming up with error messages when I pressed to play the programmes. So that was a waste of time. :|

I love the content and use the app regularly, but it's a frustrating experience with its bugs. Every few minutes it stops streaming with a "Something went wrong" message and you have to manually unpause it. This happens both with live radio and podcasts. It means it's not an option to leave it playing in the background while you work. It's been like this for years on different phones so I know it's not me, it's the app. When will they fix it?
