The app no longer texts me, and it says the driver has arrived regardless of where the driver is. Always an issue adding something to basket as well, and favourites are now put in a random order and placed in multiple pages that refresh if you accidentally click an item. Latest update has it refreshing the app every other minute. Refresh sends you to bottom of page! And now it makes me book a slot just to check an old order. But ads? They load right away. Another 'update' that's a backwards step

This app has to be one of the worst out there in terms of grocery shop apps. I was REALLY hoping after uninstalling and leaving it for a couple of weeks that the current glitches would have been sorted but clearly not. Constant issues not being able to add to basket, not being able to book a slot and not being able to complete checkout. How hard is it?! The app was fine because they "streamlined" it to make it more similar to the website. It's garbage now

No longer continuous scroll but have to click to go to the next page. Page keeps jumping down the the bottom so have to keep scrolling back to the top. Buggy and glitchy UI. Favourites are mixed in with random items I never order. Checkout is a mess. Can no longer empty entire basket to start over. Instead you have to remove every item one at a time. Can't add a reminder to my calendar anymore or track a delivery. Started using Sainsburys instead due to too many subs and out of stock items.
