freezes all the time, time stamps "alerts" don't play from the begining meaning you have to scroll back and play the very end of the last alert to start the next one from the actual begining. very annoying. the motion detection is one of the worst I've ever seen even with the drawing area selected

This is 1 of 4 cameras installed at my property and this is by far the most stable of them, without having to pay £15+ a month to use something I've paid for.(says it for cloud storage when I have 3 cloud facilities free of charge) I am really impressed with the app which is well written and intuitive to set up and use. One of my better choices Thank You.

Awkward to set up, been using for a while now and since the update, response time has been awful. I'm a ft away from my router, I shouldn't be having a 20 second delay and time jumping. Loading the preview has also become atrociously slow with perfect connection - when I'm out it takes 5 minutes to load even on 5G. Fix this please, whatever you added in the update has slowed your service down (noticeable across multiple devices, my partner also noticed on her phone) Other than that, functional.
