Amazon claim, "We’re improving your Amazon Music listening experience". THIS IS ALL LIES! Amazon has recently deleted the contents of two of my playlists -they are now empty. The search claims there is no match. I pay nearly £11 a month for an "unlimited" service. A service that deletes songs & won't let its customers listen to them is NOT unlimited. When I put a song in my playlist I expect it to remain there so I can enjoy listening to it. REINSTATE MY PLAYLISTS IMMEDIATELY!

I was a loyal Spotify user for years before I decided to try Amazon Music for its superior sound quality. I figured that giving up my Spotify Wrapped and other features would be worth it. However, after two months of using Amazon Music, I found the experience to be excruciating. The app is incredibly buggy and slow; it constantly crashes and is not very intuitive or user-friendly. What’s the point of having better music quality if you can’t even listen to music properly? Back to Spotify for me.

it's annoying to "like" a song. you add it to your music with the "+" button and half the time the song never appears in your library or you add it to a "liked songs" playlist which doesn't always show up in your lists of playlists... why is it so difficult to like songs? I've got many organised playlists but surely the "like" system should be identical to Spotify or YouTube! AMAZON get this fixed!
