Lots of issues. First, there is no way it's a 4.8 when you see the massive amount of 1-3 star reviews. Second, the so-called "Help team" is nonexistent, it is a straight-up AI generated response every time. Third, the verification process is an absolute nightmare, it keeps failing and no help from the devs (see second issue). Fourth, just reading the 5 star reviews show they are scripted by the devs or AI. Fifth and final, there are numerous reviews about money disappearing with no resolution.

Everything is fine but here is a big problem since the update where the location services for the app has to be active. The app automatically bypasses the passcode. Please check this out. Thank you for your work.

Don't use this app unless you want a very bad customer service. After using this app for some time, suddenly they limited my account leaving me stuck not able to do any transaction. I contacted customer support where an automatic reply system replied. I had multiple days following up with no answers until finally they replied saying they will close my account without any explanation based on their terms. I had never received a so unprofessional service.
