It said shipping takes 2-8 business days. I ordered November 1 and I still don't have the items I ordered or any updates on it. I keep seeing ads on facebook of sale and discount but they can't even deliver orders on time. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Edit: December 6 and I still have not received my order. No updates at all regarding dispatching my orders.

The oodie experience has been terrible. I placed an order mid November for delivery 2-3 business days but it's not even been dispatched yet. No updates, no replies from emails, no way to cancel the order. I've done a charge back on my credit card as I'm not satisfied. I would never order from them again

This isn't the app it's self. But avoid this company like the plague. I place a 270 pound order. Only received one item. They cancelled more than half as they didn't have stock and customer service has a 6 day turn around so I can't cancel the rest. Absolutely appalling
