by far the worst app. more than half of the times, I can not even log in as there is an error. Buying a coin is a pain, having to answer a series of questions and then taking a series of quizzes before you are able to buy something. And, of course, withdrawing your money is not easier. There is a minimum limit on the amount that you can withdraw. You have to verify the account by depositing money first, etc. Revolut is way simpler and better.

Use to be good until they slashed the rewards, so I quit them. Decided to come back but I wish I hadn't! Not clear that you have to hold CRO on top of your locked to get the Spotify rebate, and the card activation was a disaster. My card had already been activated without me doing it and didn't match the one sent out. Wouldn't let me unstake either, even though I can't use the service now. The customer service is the worst! Completely useless!

I bought some crypto and tried to transfer to another wallet, but I did forget about another account that I opened a couple of years ago and it wasn't completely activated. Tried to get a link to change the password, but never received it, even though the email is correct. I have contacted support and after passing security checks, that are non existent by the way, I asked to delete the other account. Because it wasn't activated there was nothing in there 19 hours later I'm still waiting.
