Great app, I've just started my fasting journey and this app makes it super easy. I would like to have make some type of calorie counter added to it though. It would make losing weight that much easier and I wouldn't have to download another app for that. And also, it would be nice to be able to switch my diet settings but I can. I don't eat meat and clicked the wrong one at first. So all the food recommendations are not good for me. Because the app thinks I eat meat. But otherwise a great app

I absolutely love this app and hope you don’t change it too much. At first, I didn’t like not being able to set an end time for custom fasts like other apps, but it’s actually helped me go beyond my planned fasting times, which is amazing! I also enjoy the free version for tracking weight and setting goals. As long as it stays this way, I’ll keep using it. Thank you for creating such a fantastic app – you’ve gained a very happy user! The only thing is I don't know how to back up my progress?

This is a great app except for one thing. When I start a fast in the morning, I actually started last night when I finished dinner. But you can't edit your fasting time, it starts from zero when you click 'start fast'. You can edit it at the end, but it's not very motivating when your time is 12 hours less than your actual time. On short fasts, not really worth worrying about, but I do long term fasts.

Hi, which plan are you using? In the daily plan, you can click the pencil icon next to Start on the Fasting page to edit the start time. In the weekly plan, to give users enough rest time, the timer will only run after you start the plan. If you have questions, you may send us relevant screenshots via Me>Settings>Feedback and we'll help you.
