这是踏马的诈骗航空公司，我第一次用这个软件，显示的是可以免费取消机票，第一次买转机3次，想着换一个转机2次的。我就取消了。就预定了一张另外转机2次的机票。然后显示10天以内可以退款，现在过去了12天。航空公司说，不负任何责任，没有退款，取消就是不退款的。我真的服气了，白白损失了1000美金！操！

很糟糕的平台，买了新加坡到清迈，清迈到曼谷，曼谷到新加坡的机票，突然曼谷到新加坡的航班被取消了，被要求加钱更换其他航班，不然就让我们申请退款，可是退款数额不知，需看航空。这是什么垃圾平台，明明就是航班的问题 现在却要我们承担损失，是什么黑心钱都想赚吗？！！！

在订单确认前提交取消和退款网页又卡又慢。直到自动确认后不能退改损失一大笔钱。只知道扣钱赚钱。
