별점 1도 아깝다. 절대로 이용하지 않았으면 하는 항공권 판매 사이트다. 왜 구글에서 키위닷컴 환불이 자동검색어에 있는지 알겠다. 급한 사정으로 3월 30일에 항공권을 구매했는데 4월 2일에 갑작스럽게 경유편 티켓을 항공사 사정으로 취소됐다고 4월 3일에 돌아오는 길에 확인했다. 그것도 경유하기로 한 공항에서. 자발적으로 취소하지 않으면 안되는 옵션을 선택하게 하고 평상 시라면 다낭-인천 구간은 10만원대인 vietjet air를 무려 18만원대에 항공권 티켓을 주고 구입했다. 환불 신청을 했지만 어떤 방법으로도 연락을 취할 수가 없고 15일이 지난 지금도 환불을 위해 어떻게 노력하고 있다고 하는지도 연락을 받지 못하고 있다. 또 환불 받는 것도 어렵고, 고객센터와의 직접적인 연락이나 메일 발송도 찾을 수 없도록 되어있다. 돈은 다 받아놓고 어떤 조치도 하지 않는다. 당신들의 업무 방식은 매우 악명 높다. 이렇게 돈을 받아가는 당신들이 앞으로 얼마나 잘 될 지는 모르겠다.

The customer experience is terrible. Don't expect anything for refunds or changes. 차질 보호 premium 결제하면 항공권 취소 가능한것 처럼 은근하게 홍보하고, 결제부터 유도시킨 뒤 결제하고 나면 아무것도 달라지는게 없었음. 당연하게도 결제 취소나 환불은 불가능했고, 그냥 앱이 전체적으로 바가지, 끼워팔기, 사기를 행하고 있음. 값싼 항공권인것처럼 홍보했으나, 이것저것 끼워팔기 식으로 붙여서 결국은 훨씬 비싸지기도 했음. 결론적으로 절대 사용하면 안되는 쓰레기 앱임. 누구든지 사용하는 사람이 있다면 뜯어 말리고 싶음.

별한개도 아까움 쓰레기 대행사 스카이스캐너에 연결되는 사이트로 생각없이 결제했는데 최저가에 제시했던 금액 수수료 엄청붙음. 항공사 체크인이나 문자서비스는 소비자의 권리인데 그걸 명의로 수수료 잔뜩 떼어먹음(약 4만원*3건) 일정변경으로 당일 취소하는데도 35만원 환불 못받음. 상담원 연결은 안되고 일방적으로 같은말만 반복함. 여행의 시작부터 초치는 쓰레기 대행사
