Servizio non solo inutile, ma dannifico. E la mia cattiva recensione non è frutto di una brutta esperienza. Ho prenotato con kiwi 3 volte. Alla prima ho avuto enormi difficoltà per ricevere il biglietto del volo la cui destinazione aeroportuale era stata modificata. Accetto tuttavia le scuse del servizio clienti. Alla seconda, una tratta viene cancellata E NON VENGO AVVISATA. Accetto il credito di viaggio come "rimborso". Terzo: il volo viene anticipato E NON VENGO AVVISATA. Inutile. Drammatico.

Pessima app, voli posticipati senza rimborso. ho dovuto acquistare un altro biglietto, perdendo soldi, tranquillità e tempo. check in impossibili app non funzionante.

Ho avuto un problema con la prenotazione e, nonostante una prima richiesta di assistenza, sembrava non potersi risolvere. Perse le speranze, sono stata contattata direttamente dal costumer service che ha saputo aiutarmi con velocità e grande efficienza. Un supporto prezioso e davvero orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente, cosa ormai rara per app di questo genere. La praticità del portale e la facilità di ricerca tariffe è un punto di forza. Consiglio sicuramente!
