La peor agencia que he conocido. Por favor no compren con ellos, no caigan en el mismo error que varios. Dicen que dan garantía sobre cancelaciones y es falso. Uno de mis vuelos fue cancelado por la aerolínea y además de que no me han reembolsado la cantidad completa, lo quieren hacer en créditos cuando yo solicite el reembolso a mi tarjeta. Ya es casi un mes y no me dan solución.

Viajar con ellos es como apostar, puede salir bien, o no. Si todo sale bien, no es mala opción. Si se tuerce algo el servicio de atención al cliente deja bastante que desear y las letras pequeñas tienen más trampas que una jungla vietnamita. Te recomendaría este servicio si quieres añadir un factor de riesgo a tu viaje para que resulte más interesante.

En nuestro caso, para pre reservar unos billetes nos pidieron abonar una parte por adelantado, que descontarían del total en caso de completar la reserva y se perdería en caso de no completarla en el plazo de unos días. Pagamos exitosamente con tarjeta. A la hora pagar la parte restante, intentamos completar la operación unas 20 veces pero en ningún caso aceptó ninguna tarjeta. Finalizó el plazo y perdimos el dinero de la pre reserva.
