I'm editing my rating. if I could give it six stars I would, because it does one thing that is very important to me: you can save your desired volume to memory. Huge Time saver. It does raise the volume of the speakers. Both with headphones and without. But I wish it would raise the volume on telephone calls. But it's fair that it doesn't, because I have still not found one that does. There are ads, but you can quickly click out of them. For a free app, they're acceptable.

Open app. 30 second un-skippable ad. Close ad. Forced pop up asking for mic permissions. It comes up even though I've clicked "do not show again" every time. App opens settings to enable notifications. Never in my life will I want notifications from this app. Go back to app from settings, and another un-skippable ad pops up. Close ad, turn on 150% boost and I STILL HAVE TO OPEN MY GOOGLE ASSISTANT TO ACTIVATE MY MICROPHONE. Then, and only then, the app only works half of the time.

Used to be great But recently as soon as you open and use the app you get an unskippable add which of course pauses the music you're listening to, which never used to be a problem but now makes me avoid using it and I am now looking elsewhere. The actual features of the app, including equaliser and most importantly volume and base booster are great, but the ads have recently stepped a boundary between a tolerable annoyance to an actual problem.
