Some shows do not play. unistalled, then reinstalled, but still won't play. cleared cache. contacted support, i just received a message to send them another message on what the issue was, when I already did that. wth. I'm not sure what else to do ...This app needs an update - bug fixes & more of a selection.

There are way too many commercials. There are about 4 minutes of ads for every 6 minutes of show. Then there is the "We'll be right back screen than runs for another 2 minutes cutting into the show. You can watch the same channels showing the same shows with fewer ads on Amazon Primes free TV.

I had this app rated as a 5 STAR rating but they took away the ability for you to log in with your Samsung account and stream it from any browser. I had to reduce it to 3 stars bc of the lack of accessibility. Why did they do this? More control, maybe? Who knows. It's a boneheaded idea. Everything I have is Samsung. Watch. Every cell phone. 4 TVs. Tablet. Their stuff is top quality. Going thru the app when I'm on the fly is burdensome.. Something APPLE would do. Give us our freedom back.
