I was on a very high level a few years ago and when I had to get a new phone, they transferred my level to my new installation of the game. This time March 2025, they said no to they can't transfer My level or old ID, just because I have a new phone. Yet they would put me back to my high level and ID if I had to update due to a bug in the game! Despite me paying for items for the game through the year. Good app yes, but don't change your phone.

Those animations... Sooo, played the game for 2 days, uninstalled it now because of the animations of the game (the story), you cannot skip some conversations/actions and becomes annoying when you wanna play but don't care about the story.. If i wanted to watch cartoons, id head over to Cartoon Network, not install games. The game is good, NO ADS, which is nice, but its frustrating to have to watch the characters in the game doing their things without skipping (instant or way faster than it is)

Recently I installed this game and began playing it, it's a nice chilled game for me to play in my spare time. Few days ago I went on and once it loaded to the home page I clicked the play button as usual but this time it crashed and immediately took me to my home screen. I tried reloading the but the same thing happens. This is disappointing as this game is my style of a chill, creative game but I can no longer get access to play because of this problem. If possible please fix this! Thanks.
