The glasses are great but the amount of apps that can utilize the features is incredibly small considering the glasses have now been out for over 3 years. No Google integration? No Uber integration? Apple music? Audible...?There are only 4 apps that can currently use the glasses (Amazon music, Spotify, Calm and Shazam). In today's world, thats quite simply not enough. Product (well atleast from a software perspective) needs updating ASAP!

Spotify functionality suggested in app STILL isn't working for me, UK. can listen to what the phone is playing (like headphones) but not ask to play something ("I can't do that on your glasses") or identify the song it is playing to me ("To identify a song, you can use apps like Shazam or SoundHound"). Update to response - I can't, as stated in my review. Support isn't very supportive... Update from support, I need to use a phone released in 2022. v14, no features added. pixel 8 pro or 9 pro

It was fine for couple of months and enjoyed the metas but after latest update the glasses does not import pictures and videos. Contacting support is extremely difficult as Rayban is sending to Meta support and vice versa. Mine are prescription, so not even sure if can return. On a way to Holiday so this makes the case extra frustrating.
