Dreadful. Unless you are an app superbrain and understand crypto like the back of your hand stay clear. I find this app the opposite of intuitive. Very complex to understand. It needs to be much easier to understand and use. Additionally it took me months to finally empty my money out of the app account and close the account. (UK GBP). Customer service needs vast improvement. It was just a horrible experience having Wirex. I'm so glad to get rid of it from my phone.

Awfully app and customer service. You can transfer crypto and convert them into actual money. That's OK. Buy they don't do refunds if a purchase is returned etc. Takes forever to contact customer support and they barely respond. I'm still waiting for 2 refunds. Worse app ever. Update: Dont use this app!!! I continue having multiple issues. I've made a transfer 5 days ago, and my money still don't show on my wirex account.

Been using wirex for a day. Bought bitcoins on the website really easily. Tried to buy more on the app but bought wirex tokens instead. Tried to cancel but impossible. Bad UI cost me £170 in fees. I feel like I've been robbed. Really disgusting that they don't reimburse you for accidentally moving money around on their site. Worked hard for that money and wirex just gobbled it up. "Oh, you made a mistake when moving your money around? No, you can't have your money back. It's ours now." - wirex
