This is the latest edition of the Drink Free Days app and is an opportunity for you to try out a new look and feel and a new typical week journey whilst we work on improving the functionality and cost calculation over the following months.
Make a pledge to take a few days off and you’re more likely to follow it through and reach your goals. Drink Free Days is for people who like a drink but want some support in tracking and cutting down on the booze. It also helps you understand more about your current drinking and risk levels as it common for people to underestimate how much they drink.

Needs to load up a bit faster and be able to input own alcohol prices instead of developers guesses, there could be a big difference, also didn't the developers think maybe people had stopped drinking before getting the app and maybe they would like to set the app to that day rather than when they got the app. Other than that one of the better ones. But the splash screen is the issue, 13 seconds to load up is very slow in app terms.

This app is as good as you want it. It doesn't make you drink less, it advises you on how and why to cut back, but it is down to your will power. The calendar is a stark reminder of daily alcohol consumption. It might just be that kick up the backside you need. A minor criticism is selecting the non drink days. The app assumes that I will never drink on Monday, for example. Drinking habits don't work that way. I have selected not to drink for 4 days a week, but each week will be different.

As a simple tracker it is fine. Been using app for 12 months now (Jan 20) and it does generally help me focus. Negative aspect for me is the notification reminder which sometimes are completely wrong and taking them off resets your history. Update (12/21): after 140+ weeks all data was lost overnight. No warning despite previous updates. Very annoying.
