Great app. One request would be to have somewhere in the app a table with text description of the runs across each week, not seen an option to see what each run involves ahead of time. Updated: Thanks. The PDF contains a mistake on week 4, which contains 2x3 minute runs and 2x5 minute runs for a total run time of 16 minutes. I'm not sure about other weeks yet.

Thanks for the review, Mark. You can find a downloadable PDF document online listing out all the runs in the programme by searching 'Couch to 5K Better Health' and finding the Couch to 5K page on the Better Health website.

It's a great app and I'd love to rate it more highly, but I have a critical issue with it. The timer is just completely off. I time the segments with my stop watch alongside the app, and every time this app takes longer (by several minutes) to catch up. So, I could be running a 2 minute segment for 5 minutes before the app let's me know to stop. I love the concept, but these timing issues render the app useless to me. It doesn't seem to be an issue for everyone though. Any help would be great.

Hi Tianna. There are some support articles in the app for Huawei devices as they have strict battery management policies by default, which impacts the apps ability to operate in the background. Please review the advice, adjust your battery management and your experience with the app will improve. Please let us know how you get on :)

Great application however one feature that needs to be added (I couldn't find it) is the ability to disable the mid-run motivational audio. Its so demoralising when you're absolutely wrecked, you've just got into a rhythm, zoned out and suddenly you get a nice happy person telling you how great you're doing but you're only half way there. Maybe it's a good feature in the early runs but as they get longer I personally would prefer the option to just be told when to start and stop running.
