"Always play Opsgenie Notifications at maximum volume even if the phone is in silent mode".... That would be fine except that it leaves the phone at max volume after being triggered. This means you get woken up by every single notification from every other app running too. Allowing the user to acknowledge or close alerts with a single press/swipe would improve the interface, as would removing alerts from the android notification bar once read/acknowledged/closed.

We understand how annoying that must be. However, our application is limited by Android OS boundaries. "Opsgenie notification at maximum volume" feature restores back to your settings after a 30 seconds delay. If user makes any changes to volume settings during this time, restoration is abruptly canceled. We hope this information helps.

I've been using Opsgenie for about 3 years and I love the fact that it will override the default sound settings on my Samsung Galaxy phone to wake me up in the middle of the night. My only complaint and it's happened a couple of times it's it got disconnected from the Opsgenie website and I couldn't mute/stop the alarms without a full account authentication (2FA) which is sometimes difficult to do on a mobile device especially when alarms are going off constantly.

It changes the volume level to maximum and takes off the silent mode when the oncall starts. It should change them back to where they are because now all my notifications play at full volume if I forget to set the phone back to silent.
