Like all online shopping photos may be misleading. However most of the items I've bought have been as good or better than I expected and all have arrived quicker than expected. If you're prepared to wait a little longer for your purchase to arrive than other sellers this represents good value. I have had cause to use the Wish online customer service, they were quick, efficient, and polite. My problem was solved in just a couple of exchanges.

Love the app, ignore others that say they didn't get the item or didn't like it. The app and reviews makes it easy to show if to trust the source or not. It's common sense really. I've had all my items arrive and they've been the quality I expected as I read the reviews and descriptions. But lastest update has created a problem on phones where when searching will come up saying item couldnt be found. But doesn't happen on computer. Please fix

very good app for a few things, There maybe stuff on here you never knew that you wanted but my only 2 things about this app I have a problem with are 1. More option to refine your search 2. Some of the prices that they cross out to say this is what it should have been are.... well let's say not right as far as I can tell and one example of this is that I was searching for an wireless xbox pad and on one of the listings it said £140 crossed out and had £17 instead as the price you pay
