Booked a flight to Istanbul and the return flight got cancelled and re-booked for the past (AKA was expected to time travel back to Manchester). Kiwi claimed no responsibility and after 3 months still kept £100 from the return flight's cost- I would've gotten £40 more than I did had I decided to keep kiwi credit but they're still keeping a lot of the money. After 3 months, I've just taken my money as I never intend to buy tickets with kiwi again. Useless AI support; ridiculous protection policy.

The most terrible I've come across in my 33 years of traveling. Do not book with these thieves! They are a complete farce.where to begin? Customer service a joke. Do not read your messages. Had to fight to be able to reschedule my flight even though I paid an extra £66 to be able to do so. I paid originally just over £130 I think for a one way ticket, Mexico to London. I needed this changed so I opted for a domestic flights. Should of cost 40. Kiwi book no refund and flights with 13hr stopover!

Lost £120 due to poor functionality. The app restarted when I exited to mKe payment following their link. Price went up three times while completing form, repeatedly. It was already much more expensive than Agoda and I only used it because it's one of the few travel apps that let's you pay with PayPal, though annoyingly not on website. Service was awful when I had a flight cancelled in past. And they only give 15kg baggage when airline itself gives 20kg. I'll avoid when I have option to.
