A little expensive and major problem here: App completely shut down after i ordered a ride. So the ride came, no trouble, but i wasn't able to see when it was coming once i closed the app for the first time. It stayed stuck on the LYFT "Title Screen" if you want to call it that. The weather outside was deathly cold (-30c) But, i had no problems opening other apps so i don't see why i couldn't open LYFT. I still cannot open the app while my ride is going on

It keeps changing the price I pay on any rides that I don't use "Wait and Save" quoted a ride at 14.39 and once I got to my destination and then it came to 17 dollars. that's a big difference. The biggest issue I have is it's impossible to contact lyft and get assistance on this! I'm close to deleting the app. There is no number or email to contact and the app keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with my rides but there's no way for me to tell them what's wrong!!!!! Uber from now on I guess.

Don't bother trying to get a "wait and save", just wait for the fees to change yourself as it has a good chance of being ignored by drivers that are supposedly 4-6 minutes away. Don't spend the extra for price lock, it just deters drivers. I just spent over 2 hours for a "45 minute wait" that never even got picked up. Then they'll try to charge you a cancellation fee when you decide to finally give up. No support, just revolving FAQ bs. 2 stars only because most of the drivers are great.
