Scam. Fraud. They claim the subscription costs £18, but it turns out to be £79. If you accidentally click a button, there’s no confirmation — the money is just deducted. Support insists you couldn’t have done it accidentally and refuses to refund, citing a refund policy that doesn’t cover such cases. I followed their instructions to cancel and emailed them immediately, but they still refuse to return the money, even though I informed them the same day that the subscription wasn’t suitable.

After one day I am severely disappointed with the interface through which I unknowingly ‘bought’ Coach Consultation for £59.99 after one click, the payment went automatically without my knowledge or authorization and the customer service does not want to cancel this subscription even though I have not used it once yet, the most important thing for them seems to be my money in their pocket and they do not want to give it back, the greedy one loses twice and at least they will not earn more,SHAME!
