Maybe slightly biased as Iāve been involved in the development ā full disclosure there! However, it has turned out to be an excellent addition to the mindfulness app community. Information, podcasts, blogs etc a library of meditations - all quality assessed. Self-paced courses have been reviewed ensuring levels are suitable for those new to mindfulness and an opportunity to deepen practice for those familiar with mindfulness. Here is a place for quality meditations and trustworthy information
