The App has repeatedly started crashing after the last update. Have written to the DBS RM 2 days ago and no one bothered to reply. We are locked out of our corporate a/c for 2 days now. This is ridiculous!! Very disappointed.

It's honestly embarassing that a big organization like DBS can allow a basic bank transfer bug to not be fixed in over a month - whenever trying to transfer, the 'Swipe" function doesnt work as the window auto-closes and it shows "System error". I tried on multiple different browsers so it's definintely a dbs bug. Also, when doing manual transfer, the SMS OTP sometimes take 10mins to send. What an embarassment to Singapore

It used to work but not any longer. Should have just stuck to the old system where we had the security device. The phone app sucks! How do they expect companies to access their accounts if the stupid app keeps crashing?
