Nowadays most of the bookings can be directly done with the actual hosts/operators. Tiqets provides a big 0 after sales support if anything goes wrong. Also, I noticed that I had far better and smoother experience when I booked directly and got better seats/better treatment. Not to mention, they do useless additions to tickets to create an attractive looking package but when you book the same thing directly, it is usually much cheaper without any of their added non-sense.

I booked a ticket for the Lovre Museum including an audio guide, that was an app that I could download from play store, it never worked, I sent them emails regarding this and they replied when the museum was almost closed. I asked for a refund because I even sent a picture on which I showed that the app was not working buy they didn't care, they tried to offer a discount in new purchases. Why I will buy again in a company that doesn't care about their customers? they didn't even reply again.

I was disappointed with my Tiqets experience - the tickets I bought for museums and the Duomo in Florence implied I would be skipping the queues to get in, but this was not the case, and we still had to queue for over an hour in total. The person who provided us with the tickets could not provide us with any additional information as she was not affiliated with the app, so I feel like I've paid extra money for very little
