The commands do not work. Enabling notification, sound, alerts, 360 tracking does not work. Updates are just words on paper. Not happy. It was initially working until I changed my phone number and email address. I followed the steps to delete old account details. Though I've selected the options, the above does not function anymore. I asked for help, and received a lot of information into things I've already done. It's like a carbon copy only. No 360 tracking when it should detect movement.

Quality cameras with ample configuration options. Unfortunately, the app is much worse: it's a typical Chinese design with poor navigational logic, tiny text, random horizontal/vertical spacing, overbearing graphic elements, annoying transitions, and clicking areas often too small for a typical human. Text colours fail WCAD2.0 requirements, esp. grey text on light-grey background. Sharing screens poorly thought through. Impossible to see several streams in a full-screen layout, esp. on a tablet.

I have these security lights/cameras at the front and back of my property and have been very satisfied with both cameras until this weekend. Unfortunately the light on the camera to the rear of my property has faded whilst the one at the front is still functioning well. I will provide comparative videos if this is helpful in rectifying the issue? Please advise.
