App is really easy to use, never slows down or crashes and makes it easy to order and create a return. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is if I've looked at a few different items, I have to keep going back until I get to the search results. Would be easier if there was some kind of shortcut option in a top corner. Other than that great app!

No matter what I tried couldn't check out. Constant error messages for over an hour. And no. never got a chance to enter personal details so it wasn't that. Tried different networks different devices mobile table pc downloaded this app hoping to find solution but gave up in the end. Expected better

I've previously given 5* but it's gone down. I loved the fact that I had so much choice, styles, quality all with really easy delivery. Now it's hard to find something that is not a cheap and plastic material, and actually fits. It also became much more difficult to return items (not sure if it's intentional?), like package them up separately, take them to different locations to drop off because it's a partner brand. it's putting me off to shop again!

We fixed some bugs. Not that we're saying there were any bugs before. But there are definitely less bugs now.
