Since the latest earbud software I've found them very glitchy not an issue I'd had before. A lot more noise on playback and the music will just stop in the earbuds, doesn't cut connection as the music is still playing on the phone but the phone still sees the earbuds and doesn't switch to the phone speakers. Stopping and starting the music doesn't appear to do anything. I'm having to switch tracks stop and start the music numerous times and it may come back, it's random

Second review of this, 3 yrs later. Bought a pair of 85t earbuds. I can pair them to my personal Samsung S20 Ultra and my work iPhone, both on lates software versions. can I pair them to the Sound+ app? No. keeps asking me to search for them on the list, then when I select it asks me to open Bluetooth etc or it the searches for a connection. But never finds them. I've reinstalled multiple times, turned phone off, unpaired etc but nothing. Buds don't seem to reset either despite trying. Not happy

Used to work well. After losing the headphones for a while, I found them again, but the app no longer seems to be able to detect them. They connect to the phone no problem, just not the app. A pity because the audio needs to be rebalanced, but that seems to be impossible without the app. Edit: seems the issue was that the battery has died and is unable to charge. Guess it went through quite an adventure while missing. Can't fault the app for a hardware issue, so I will return the 5* review.
