it functions, for the most part and things like alarm notifications, service reminders and car warnings are useful. The latest update brought very persistent advertising notifications every time the app starts, as if Ford don't like that I have said I don't want to be contacted by email or post. I would just like to buy your car and drive it. Please fix this issue. Very annoying, if typical of Internet connected things these days.

Normally, with an update, things "usually" get better. Not in this instance. Service history doesn't work. Reference guides don't work. Ford no longer ship vehicles with handbooks, the old app used to have a digital version. Not anymore. So, instead of an app containing everything you need. Now don't. I can't really see what the apps purpose is now. FORD, LOOK AT WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THIS USELESS APP!

I actually like this app. Suggestions 1. When there is a software update, is it possible for us to be able to acknowledge the message so that we don't have to constantly get told the body control module (for example) has been upgraded? 2. It would be nice to be able to see a graph of the charge history, rather than just a basic list. 3. Loosen the restrictions on charge locations. If I have a zip code/postcode that is all I should need to add a new location. 4. Add a feedback option.
