Thank you for responding so promptly. This is now fixed. Not very good. I press the I'm ready button and the screen goes blank and is white. I've uninstalled and re-installed numerous times and the same thing happens. This is a real shame as I was looking forward to trying this apps it looks useful. If you do manage to fix this, I look forward to trying again.

I opened the app to try and help me deal with a really bad anxiety attack tonight: it had one exercise to give me from the main course and it has all the others locked. The exercise it gave me was breathing, which hasn't helped me historically when I've been dealing with anxiety. I tried the exercises that weren't locked and they're VERY patronising. Not a good app to use if you deal with constant intrusive thoughts like I do. Will be deleting after I've written this review.

hi Beth, we're sorry you didn't find Pocketcoach helpful. In case you decide to come back to us, there are many different exercises (also for panic attacks) which you can access at any time. Sorry to hear we came across as patronizing; please know that we care and strive to help you with the utmost respect and warmth.

The best thing about this app is it's uses a chat like with a very simple language to teach you CBT, the GIFs also gives a very human like interaction. The exercises are great, short, and straight to the point (I recommend pausing to reflect), they don't feel repetitive as not all exercises had the same voice. It's not a replacement for therapy but I think it's worth studying if it might help in lowering the number of needed sessions. Great developer team which responded to the reported bug.
