Great App Great support, I have reached them many times and they solved my issues perfectly without any issues as long as you have what they ask for. I give 4 stars only because of the fees that is resulting from buying selling crypto and its a bit high.

I rated it 5 stars because of how much they care for their customers for example the news they emailing me is a huge help when I'm gonna trade, there's also this type of reminder in p2p which was better than other exchanges giving their p2p exchange more secure they also have 24h customer services that you could contact if there's a problem. overall 10/10! keep up the good work!

Great app untill the service just stops working and the support teams start lying to your face. Literally the worst customer service I've seen - that says a lot. Avoid at all cost. Regarding the answer I just received: If you actually had READ my review, you'd know the support representatives are specifically the issue. Further updates: I have been trying to withdraw my assets and it just stays on hold and then fails. Live chat is now also unavailable to me. - Convenient! Ergo: OKX is a scam
