great app with helpful user guides. It's been such a helpful tool in helping me set up my business. Just be aware of a few hidden costs. I think Fresha could do with making all costs more transparent. I've selected some extra tools through Fresha but then quickly cancelled them when I realised I'm being charged. This has been a bit frustrating. Overall, I'll stick with Fresha because it's relatively easy to use, I can run reports, and my clients seem to like it too. I do recommend it.

It has been a good app, yet everytime they update the system, they are making it more long-winded and fiddly to book people in. It also feels clunky and less user friendly with every update. When you try to contact them for feedback, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. Please can Fresha start to actually talk to its users about what they want/like and don't want/like? Because they currently appear very out of touch with the people who rely on this system to keep their businesses running.

I have been using Shedul for almost 3 years and it's amazing, I'm so happy the app is finally here. Everything you could want from booking software and more. Customer service is fabulous and it's so easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone Since becoming Fresha the customer service has become slow & sometimes completely unresponsive. They're constantly adding features that you have to pay extra for despite being promised "free for life" services initially as a beta user.
