50/50 experience. I love the game but at the same time, some characters are far more superior to others in combat. Which makes most of the PvP teams very alike. I don't like that everyone is on the same server depending on country chosen. Everybody should be in servers with players who are as fresh in the game as themselves instead of all the whales dominating everything. I'd also like to see faster speeds or skip options in fights, especially missions that have an extra wave.

Game drains battery too fast. The odds of getting hero shards despite saying 10% chance in campaign, seems incredibly lower. Everybody uses the same team comps. Gets very boring fast. Needs a skip button for some of the challenge modes/fights. Battles still feel too slow even at x3 speeds. Why put the X3 speeds behind level 2 gem purchase feature? Bad idea. Prices of certain items in stores are overpriced. 30k+ gems for 1 yellow relic piece... Everything else is pretty enjoyable, in my opinion.

Game become grinding after early stage. Speed up option still a bit slower and time consuming. No free summon per day. Shop items are horribly expensive since resource and materials are hard to earn. Imbalance character skills resulting some overpower and useless characters. Hate the part that reset a hero level still required to cost 50 stone.
