Ever since getting the S25 Ultra, this app breaks after 3 uses. I have to reinstall it just to be able to view my accounts, and the check deposit feature crashes the app constantly and does work. Ive never had an issue with Samsung Wallet on the S22, 23, or 24 Ultras, but for some reason they messed it up bad this time.

I use an on-screen fingerprint scanner,so each time I try to unlock, the slightest movement cancels the whole action,which needs me to be still and waste more seconds trying to scan my fingerprint just to tap. After that, the tapping gives issues too, it declines the card most of the time, which requires me to try again and again until I have to bring out the physical card to pay. I've used Google wallet before Samsung Wallet,and I can say that this app is much more inconvenient than others.

It's the worst app ever, with no support if you are stuck or having any issue. I tried adding my AlRajhi card, entered the correct OTP multiple times, but did not get activated. Now, when I'm trying to add the card again, it gives an error. Your request was not approved by card the issuer. I called the bank, and they confirmed that there is no problem. Now I'm stuck, can't add my bank card, and there is no support to help me solve the issue with Samsung Pay.
