It is not bad but my biggest gripe with the app is on almost every Android TV devices (excluding the nvidia shield cause it seems for that device only they fixed it) if you set to 4K 23.976, 24, 25 or 30hz it will only play HD and not 4K which is ridiculous and needs fixing especially when it's now added matching framerate and should be able to do 4K 24hz now. Not sure why it is an issue on other devices but not the shield.

Hello Netflix, The app is awesome on the Google TV. The only issue I have is there is no option change (increase/decrease) the playback speed like your phone app. I don't know if it is because I have the ad-supported plan though that feature should be available with all the plans. Please add the feature on your TV app for all plans. Thanks,

Bad app design. You can't use the back button to exit the app, unlike like every other Android TV app. Have to go into the app, navigate down to the bottom and across to select exit. I get you want your users to stay in the Netflix app, but Netflix isn't the only streaming app and I sometimes want to use a different app depending on what I want to watch. I use my TV remote through CEC so I don't have a home button. It makes me want to unsubscribe from Netflix altogether.
