Reolink devices are good, however this app is TRASH. I am tempted to sell my cameras because of how terrible this app is. I have lost track of how many times it detected motion, but when I go to view who's there it stutters, lags, buffers for so long that the person has already left. I'm on a 1 gbps connection with WiFi 6 routers. I easily get 800mbps on my phone via WiFi. This kind of thing shouldn't be happening!!!

Absolutely awful app. It's always disconnecting and failing to let me view what's happening outside. It's not the WiFi and definitely the app itself. Very frustrating. The camera quality is good but the motion sensor is random and occasionally films away from activity when it spins around. The mic is also not clear so overall I'd say to avoid this brand of security camera.

The app doesn't fully support the NVR, monitor and mise are needed for full functionality. The app doesn't remember your connected devices when you reinstall the app. A full reset of EACH camera is needed. The app sometimes says a battery camera needs to be updated when the camera shows the most recent firmware. The cameras need to be fully reset then re-added to the app to get them back into the app. The app often has issues connecting and a force close re-open is needed.
