I really like the instant information the app provides, which helps with using our solar panels better. I recently noticed the app requires me to login with password more frequently which is a tad bothersome and on the overview of the year one could just have integers (loose the '.0') to get a better view of the numbers on the y-axis. But overall I still love it! ❤

this app looks more snazzy than the old one but is inferior. The usage page is limited, because you can't compare your spend with the standing charge included. There is nowhere to view your current tariff information without downloading a bill. The monthly spin for a chance to win is nowhere to be found. sadly the old app is no longer available to install on my new phone, which is disappointing because it worked far better.

Hey Gary, we just added a cost preview (with standing charge) to your online account and it will come to the app too. You’ll find the option to Spin the Wheel in the Usage tab, scrolling to the bottom.

Have been with Octopus Energy for a number of years now, but unfortunately I had to give in to having a Smart meter this year. Since then I have had to change my app to view my usage and this app is rubbish as it says it waiting to update. This has now been going on for a week with emails and a phone call to customer service and still no result to the app working correctly. I have also noticed that other people have complained to on here. Shame Octopus Energy that you haven't sorted it yet.
