If I could give it no stars, I would. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Application approved and verified but then keeps asking again and again. As you can't have more than one using the same details, I cannot proceed any further as it just keeps saying maximum account limit reached!! I try to log into the seller center app and it just goes straight to verification again! For God's sake Tik tok, pull your finger out and GET ALL THESE ISSUES FIXED!! On top of that, they now have my passport details!!

I had a very bad experience with this application. I am more satisfied using the previous Tokopedia Seller apps, because the features are more complete and very helpful. One of the drawbacks is that there is no attached photo evidence of the goods that have been delivered by the Gojek driver. And sales funds can only be disbursed after waiting for the settlement process for 1 week! Worse still, we can't decide to go back to using the old Tokopedia Seller app. Disappointing!

very very very worst application.i asked customer service how to check my income balance? Why isn't there a menu? The answer was convoluted. when orders come in, if you want to double check, they disappear, so you have to refresh them several times before they appear again.Tokopedia , you making a new application doesn't make it easier for us the sellers but instead makes it very very very difficult.
