Still get quite a few timeout errors. Data is still not accurate. I used to use the app on a wall display. But since the previous update, it now autocloses itself after 45 mins or so. If I open it on my phone, it instantly closes the wall display app. Overall, poor. Obviously, servers need upgraded with a better fallback in case of problems. Bugs need ironed out quicker.

The app is really nicely laid out and gives you loads of information, graphs, etc if you want it. Some aspects are a work in progress, and not all the functionality is there yet, though for a normal home solar / batteries / AC EV charger it's fine. I haven't used AI mode, see the Facebook group comments. The AI bot is not helpful as not accurately trained on the Sigenergy capability, though it can tell you about your favourite actor, i.e. like Chat GPT. I'd have put 3* but it's still improving.

I've been using this app since August 2024 after our solar panel were installed. Parts of it work well and are easy to understand, but there are no instructions at all for any of it, and it's not intuitive. I've tried calling the service number several times without success. I've sent emails only to be met with complete silence. This is not good enough for this type of app.
