If you're going to force users to move to a new app, please ensure they will be able to sign in. The app's login page doesn't allow access to saved passwords like other apps. You also don't allow values to be pasted into either of the input boxes. Then, when I finally manually type in my long random password, the sign in fails. It's as if you don't want me to ever sign in.

Cannot connect error at airport. My wife is trying to access the lounge with me at Palma de Majorca airport. She gets a "connection error" on opening the app. Tried installing then reinstalling, still no access. Tried connecting to my phone's wifi hot-spot and the airport's too, still no joy. It worked in the UK. I see lots of these messages re this issue on Google Play, why has the issue not been fixed? Do i pay for lounge access then claim back from you or Natwest?? Very poor.

The app will not let me in. This has now happened twice at airports, when I have wanted to use a lounge. What is the point of this app if it responds every time that there is a "Connection Error", and leaves me unable to use my pre-paid passes? It is not a service issue as I tried 2 wifi systems and 4G at the airport, and my wifi at home. Very grumpy.
