I like the design and the art style of the app. The tasks are a good balance between interactive, informative and simple. I have tried a lot of 'self-improvement' apps where it felt like I was reading articles or books, those aren't good at keeping most people interested in the long run. This is the same quality of information if not better, made more interesting.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting alot. I have higher education in psychology, philosophy and mental health. For a free app I'm surprised and having a good time, I'm addressing concerns in my wellbeing, namely procrastination and whilst the information is basic it is concise and is something to focus on each day and reflect on. Before I was avoiding what was going on, as we tend to do, when I would do something it would be fleeting. As this functions as a diary/course it gives me a plan.

I love the content on this app; short, bitesize tasks are fulfilling as you move toward your chosen goal. By avoiding an overwhelm of difficult content, it simplifies and allows a little bit every day. The app design has, however, a flaw. I am occasionally prevented from proceeding on my "journey" by a statement I must clear a "daily check-in". Once clicked, I find a statement it has already been completed; and the cycle begins. Frustrating when you want to continue and complete multiple tasks.
